Great property with plenty of sleeping area for teenagers with the bunks upstairs. Beds and bedding were all super comfortable. Close to beaches. Thank you for providing towels and linens! Would definitely consider for another trip.

Maine Properties was a pleasure to work with. The house was very clean and perfect for 5 adults. Beds were also very comfortable. The house had so many extra kitchen amenities which was a plus. Location was perfect , close to grocery store beaches gas station everything. Only comment I have is the family room living area and front of house needs a little TLC . Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. However we would stay there again. Thank you

Nice quiet neighborhood. House clean. (Upstair shower curtain rod could use a fix. Fell while taking shower.)

This was a great property. The only negative thing I can say is that it’s very dark inside the house.The pictures make it look larger then it is and extremely bright inside, definitely not the case. We still enjoyed it though.

Great spot! Everything was as described except that this house offered way more than advertised! There was every kitchen item you could think of and a fireplace outside. Only thing missing was a tea kettle. Just a few small things could be improved on like the lighting in the house (it was quite dark) and more mirrors. We did have an issue with not enough hot water for showers for everyone after spending the day at the beach. After two showers, there was no more hot water. We had to wait a bit for the tank to heat up again. For a house that sleeps eight, a bigger hot water tank would help. Overall, great spot.
