This home was the perfect place for a multigenerational vacation. It comfortably accommodated grandparents, parents, and grandchildren giving everyone space to relax while still enjoying plenty of time together. We cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen or on the patio grill. With the fenced in yard and early morning beach walks, I think our dog had the best time of all. The grandkids loved the bunk room. One of the highlights was exploring the tide pools with the children right in front of the house. The home was comfortable, welcoming, and in a wonderful location, making it easy to enjoy beach walks, wooded trails and beautiful ocean views. Plenty of fun activities were only a short drive away. Lobster boats and pleasure craft pass by all day long. It was the perfect place for three generations to reconnect and create lasting memories we will treasure for years. We would happily return and recommend it to families looking for a fun-filled Maine getaway.

Another outstanding stay on Barrel Lane- a beautiful property with gorgeous interior decorating and layout of the home. Perfect for our biannual girls retreat. Randa at Main Street properties is responsive and helpful. We love this place and hope to stay again and again.

Very nice old house in a great location.

Perfect for our reunion. We stayed four nights and had 10 adults in our party. The location is amazing - right on the river and walking trails. We cooked many meals in the well equipped kitchen and also walked to Dockside for a great dinner. We bought lobsters right off the dock across the bridge. The house was very comfortable and had plenty to parking. We had one small issue with the TV but it was resolved almost immediately. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
