Downtown Ogunquit Luxury - Marchez partout !

We spent a wonderful week at this new property. It is very modern and well laid out. A few minutes from downtown and the beach. Service was terrific as we had a small noise in the clothes dryer and it was very quickly resolved. Many thanks to Doreen, Rhonda and Will for their warm welcome.

This house is beautiful and in a great location. It was a great house for my family and I to stay, with one exception. There are no visitors allowed at the home outside of the registered guests and the owners keep a pretty close eye to ensure there is no one else at the home (at all times). While this home is beautiful with an amazing set up for a glass of wine with friends, the house rules prohibit such. Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker for us as we like to enjoy a beverage with friends on occasion.

We loved, loved, LOVED our week at 305B. Everything about the booking experience was so easy, and the communication from Maine Street Property Management leading up to our arrival was great. I felt knowledgable about the house prior to arrival thanks to the great digital welcome binder that was shared in advance. The house was very easy to locate with the parking spots for the unit clearly defined. Upon walking in, we were all wowed! This is the cleanest and best equipped vacation rental I've experienced. The beds were incredibly comfortable with high quality linens. We appreciated that beach chairs, some beach toys, and a wagon were provided for the quick (less than 15 minute walk with two kids under 8 slowing us down) walk to the beach. The location is fantastic, right in the center of town within close proximity to the many restaurants OGT offers, but it was very quiet at nighttime with no audible street noise. Highly recommend this property, we hope to return again for summer 2026!!

Great house. Great location. Everything was brand new. House was fully equipped with everything you would want for a family vacation. Highly recommend.

This was the nicest rental my family ever had. They are fully stocked with every amenity and thought of EVERYTHING! The place is absolutely beautiful and spotless. The location is SO convenient to town (walk to anything). And the rental agency was very responsive to questions and very clear with communications. Can’t wait to book it again!
