7 old high school friends spent a long weekend at the property for a fun and relaxing reunion. The beds were comfy, the property was well stocked with the essentials, and the view is spectacular. There was plenty of space for hanging out together and for alone time when the high school memories got too traumatic :). The location is a perfect launch point for exploring York, Kittery, Portsmouth and the beach towns, though the house is so nice you might just want to stay in instead. There were games and puzzles to pass the time when we did. With 7 adults (not couples) we had to do a little choreography for bathroom sharing since all but 1 of the bathrooms are attached to bedrooms. It worked out ok for us. If you are traveling with couples or kids it would definitely be fine for a dozen people. Check in/out was a breeze, instructions for operating heat and appliances were clear, communication was good, and we knew we could reach out at any time if we had an issue. The wifi was reliable and much appreciated because cell service is tough in this area. The property is very private. We saw more turkeys and deer than people in the neighborhood. If you want a nice quiet place with a beautiful view for your next getaway this is a good choice.

Absolutely fantastic property!! We thoroughly enjoyed the waterfront views and unique amenities like the trails and tranquil scenery. Highly recommend to anyone seeking to make meaningful memories with those they cherish!!

Fabulous property for a group vacation. Beautiful views, calm clean interior, space to spread out, space to be together, and space to play outside with the kids. The cove is a wonderful area to explore tide pools and rocks. Bring your water shoes. The house is private, quiet and yet close to restaurants, activities and beaches. So we had it all.

The view od the water and sky is mesmerizing. The house was clean, spacious with lots of seating and gathering venues. The bedding was luxurious. The kitchen had space for several people at once. There were some maintenance glitches with some lighting and air conditioning issues that were reported and should be addressed by the owner. Our ATT cell service was not available there, but there was wifi.

Our annual family reunion was a hit with this beautiful seaside home. We had everything at our fingertips. The home was well stocked and had pretty much everything one may need to put to together a nice family dinner or breakfast. We enjoyed the comfort and amenities too. Most importantly you can’t forget the spectacular views. The sunrise was breathtaking. Great location and very close to markets & restaurants. We loved it. Perfect for families.
