The location overlooking the Ogunquit river and the beach beyond was amazing. Walk to town, restaurants, paddleboard on the river from the house, come back from the beach to relax at the pool and grill on the patio, this home had it all!

The location and water views cannot be beat. It’s easy walking distance to downtown Ogunquit and area restaurants, yet you feel far removed from the hustle and bustle, traffic and crowds of summer in this peaceful neighborhood. The stunning water views, private pool and perfectly manicured lawn made us feel like we were staying at our own private resort. At low tide, you can cross the river to the beach. The home is very comfortable and spacious. The decor and bathrooms are a bit dated, but the house is pristine and well-stocked with everything from pool floats and beach chairs to paper products and kitchen supplies. We would visit again in a heartbeat.
