How do I check availability?

During peak season our rentals rent at a 7-night minimum either Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday depending on the property. Outside of peak season we allow 3-night minimum stays.

On the availability calendar any bold dates are fully available. Any light gray dates are available, but not to check-in or out. Gray dates with a ~~line~~ through them are unavailable.

How do I book?

Select the dates you would like to reserve and enter in the amount of guests in your group, then select book now. It will show you the payment breakdown and schedule. If you are booking a dog-friendly property and plan to travel with any dogs you can add them to your reservation under the section labeled "enhance your stay." Please note all dogs must be pre-approved by the host. Next enter in your contact and payment information, scroll down and select book now. You will be emailed a link to your guest portal where you can access all information to your reservation including your receipt.

50% is due at time of reservation and the remaining balance is automatically charged 60-days prior to your arrival.

When will my damage deposit be refunded?

Within 7-days after your stay we request for you to be refunded via the payment processor. You will be refunded the damage deposit minus any applicable charges to the card on file in the guest portal. Make sure to keep your payment information updated in order to receive your refund. The payment processor can take up to 10 days to process your refund.

What time is check-in?

Check in begins at 4pm. or when the property has been cleaned, inspected and deemed ready for occupancy.

During a property changeover our team needs the allotted time to properly prepare the property for you. Due to this we do not offer early check-ins. This restriction applies to parking at the home prior to 4pm, so please plan accordingly to not arrive prior to the check-in time. We will inform you if the property is ready for you to arrive earlier.

What time is check-out?

No later than 10am. Your prompt departure will be appreciated, to allow us the necessary time to prepare the home for incoming guests.

Are linens provided?

Yes. We provide sheets, comforters with duvet covers, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats and kitchen towels. All of our linens are professionally washed and switched out after each stay.

When do you start accepting bookings for the next calendar year?

We do not have a set date as to when we start accepting reservations for the following year. After the busy season comes to an end we work with our owners to revisit nightly rates and allow them to reserve dates for themselves. We also reach out to our returning renters to give them the option to book prior to opening the calendars live.
